You might be
thinking that I am referring to the infamous terrorist group run by a certain
someone whose name starts with D.
However, we are
referring to something even more threatening to life than just a terrorist
group. Here D Company refers to “Destructive Company”.
A terrorist can
kill you once in life and can free you from your body. But once you come under
the influence of destructive company, they will ruin your personal,
professional and emotional life completely.
Just like how mud
turns into a puddle as it comes in contact with water.
Today a young man
working in pharma company at senior level walked in for consultation. His only
question was why his company asked him to exit today in spite of 3 years of
record performance, not a single leave, punctuality and discipline.
He also told me
that two days back he met his senior manager and informed him ..."Sir, a few
people are saying negative things about you, playing politics so please be
careful "
Person was
honest, genuine, loyal to the company and the manager and so he should he
should intimate him about lingering threats.
The manager asked,
“who are these people who are playing politics or creating nuisance?” He said
he couldn’t reveal their names. The man had feared losing the friendship of
these people.
Gandhiji always
said, that tolerating violence is ever bigger a crime than doing violence.
When you are
loyal to your company always maintain transparency. Either avoid such company
or directly bring two people on the same table and resolve the issue
permanently.
Though very few
people actually know about this, but there is a thumb rule nature’s law:
33:33:33 applicable to every company or group’s performance.
It refers to the
ratio that 33% of people would be highly positive with you, 33% would be highly
sarcastic and negative, and the last 33% would be neutral and opinionless. The
rest 1% is your mindset and depends on how well you can accept and
manage these three categories and run the show.
If you are not
happy with any organization, family, group or anything else, be bold and dare
to speak the truth and raise your voice without compromising on respect and
politeness. Resolve the issue with the concerned person across the table, once
and for all. If you can't dare or lack proper evidence, proper logic or proper
presentation, bring a third person as mediator and pass the message so that he
can present your matter peacefully and resolve the issue forever.
If you can’t do
any of them, it is better to tolerate and stop critizing their negative
aspects.
D company neither
progresses nor prospers in life. Worse of all, they don’t let others prosper
either.
If you are facing
struggles in finance, relationships, or health, then your first priority should
be to check your immediate company. Check if they belong from D Company, if yes
then raise your voice and inform their true identity to the organization before
it’s too late. Gossiping and discussing about others’ personal life is a clear
indication that a person or a group are of D Company. They are like a virus.
They spoil the entire structure within no time.
Because if not,
then innocent, loyal and honest people suffer, like the pharma client who came
in for my consultation.
There is no
miracle, manifestation, mantra and no healing work for D company. Since even
they are blessed directly by Brahma, they cannot be healed. Because no God has
the power to delete your karma, which has originated from your own deeds.
Be loyal to
yourself. Also be sincere to the family, organization and group that you are
associated with. The energy of one person is felt and sensed by others
immediately, whether it's positive or negative.
Change from D
company to G Company (God company) and life will become blissful.
