There are few questions which cannot be answered by family, friends or relatives.
There are few
questions which can't be answered by masters, teachers or astrologers.
There are few
questions which can't be answered by GOOGLE.
Then how do we
know the Right answer? Because if
someone tries to even answer our queries our heart refuses to accept or follow
it sincerely! The only mode of getting all the answers related with health,
wealth, relationships, peace and decision is Meditation.
Now here too
people are confused about the right practice of meditation. What to do and How
to do it? And many other questions flood their mind.
I will be sharing
a Miracle Meditation with you (miracle?
Yes, it's a miracle if followed without a single day gap for 90 days)
This meditation
is to be done in two ways. The first way involves 30 minutes of closing the
eyes and 16 hours keeping the eyes open (along with your regular work).
So are you ready
to commit to 90 days of this Miracle
Meditation journey? If yes, then proceeds ahead to read further.
A. Firstly,
meditation is to be done during early morning before sunrise. This rule is a
must. The right time is before 6:30 AM.
Do yoga for 10
minutes, 5 min Nadi sodham, 5 min chakra mantra recitation (11 times each) then
close your eyes, hand in Yog mudra (thumb + index finger joined) rest it on
your thighs face towards the east, close your eyes and concentrate on the 3rd
eye (between eye brows). All your thoughts are bound to come to you during this
process. The moment any thought comes be aware and just repeat in your mind,
"I am Present" ( in any
language) your thoughts will vanish for few a seconds. Repeat the same process
when the next thought comes and go on.
Open your eyes after 20 min and analyze your calmness, concentration, focus. Do
the self audit and you will be amazed!
2. Once the first
part of it is over, the next meditation is to be done with open eyes for whole
day till you go on bed. It is Open Eyed
Meditation.
The way we did
yoga, pranayam is also important in the morning before close eye meditation.
One strict rule must be followed when doing this too. The rule is BCLR. Without
it the second meditation with open eyes will never work.
You must be
wondering what BCLR means. It means to avoid doing any kind of - Blame, Criticism, Lie and Regret. These things are to be avoided
at all costs otherwise the end result of all the meditation will be nil.
Once you are
committed to follow BCLR rule the open eye meditation begins.
During the entire
day no matter what we do thoughts keep bombarding our mind. More than a million
thoughts cross our mind each day which drive away our mental energy, our focus
and our concentration from our goal. So whenever a thought comes (which is not
related to your goal) just repeat in your mind, “I am living in the present.”
The first day you
will notice a small positive change in your focus and concentration and slowly
it will keep on increasing. At the end of the 90 days (if done with 100%
devotion, faith and sincerity) you will install Buddha in your heart and
soul.
You will get all
the answers, guidance from your inner soul in seconds after you ask. After 90
days you will gain 100% control over your anger, sex, greed, attachment, ego
and you don’t even need to go on Himalaya or spiritual places for this.
But even a one
day gap in practicing this meditation will give zero result so self discipline
is a must.
