What is FRIENDSHIP ??? What is friendship day??
Let's look at this event from human psychology point of view & analyze ...
A. Take a diary & pen
C. Note down the no of people & their name who can donate kidney / liver / eyes to you if you meet any unfortunate accidents in your life
( Not in blood Relationship)
( Assuming that your blood group will match with all the donors )
D. Note down the name of people who has been your best friends from last ( not in blood Relationship)
3 decades ( 30 yrs )
2 decades ( 20 yrs)
& 1 decade ( 10 yrs )
Who meets with you at least 3 times in a year ...message / talk to you atleast once in a week . ( Not in blood Relationship)
E. Write down no of people who are in your wats app group - FB - insta
F. Now compare the statistics:( with this format, example )
1..Age - *48*
2. No of friends on social media: 10,000.
3. No of people who can donate organs - *4*
4. No of people who talk / msg me once in a week ( last 10 years ) : *01*
*Conclusion* :
Inspite of having 10k friends on social media...
In last 40 years of life ,
*I could manage only 5 people in my life as the BEST FRIENDS* ( not even 40 !!! )
So friendship day is a day ,
Where you should AUDIT YOUR RELATIONSHIP - CONTRIBUTION - SACRIFICE that you did / or supposed to do to sustain your relationship in the long term ...
If any relationship doesn't last more than a decade / half decade ..
That relationship is founded in the pillars of
Selfish intention ( give n take ) - Ego - Unrealistic Expectations & Jealousy attitude.
Until these pillars will remain ...
*You will even find difficult to manage 4 people to lift your body from hospital to smashan ...!!!*
And in the language of spirituality ...if you don't have friendship with -
BOOKS ( knowledge)
MEDITATION ( self source )
Social contribution ( divine work )
Even God will not welcome in his court once the body is burnt on pyre ...
And soul will be left ALONE...
So gift yourself spirituality & socially by taking initiative rather than forwarding Krishna sudama forwarding messages on status ...
Life is simple ...
Life is beautiful...
But
Life is short ...very short ( if not awakened )
