Are You Living Today… or Just Repeating Yesterday?

How many of us read yesterday's newspaper today?

How many of us love to drink yesterday morning’s tea or coffee with our lunch or dinner today?

Probably no one.

Because everyone wants something fresh, tasty, new, and different — whether it’s a newspaper or a cup of tea. ☕✨

But then, ask yourself…

If we don't like to repeat yesterday's newspaper or tea,then why do we keep repeating the same behaviors, thoughts, and emotions…that made us upset, sad, or emotionally disturbed yesterday?

Let’s reflect on this:

  • Yesterday, you procrastinated on important tasks at work or home.

  • Yesterday, you binged reels or Netflix during productive hours.

  • Yesterday, you slept in, while others embraced the rising sun with yoga and meditation. 🌞

  • Yesterday, you ordered junk food — pizza, burger, cold coffee, waffle — overloading an already upset stomach.

  • Yesterday, you gossiped about people who wouldn't even notice if you vanished from the planet.

  • Yesterday, you scrolled WhatsApp past midnight, chatting with someone who will never be your life partner.

And today… you did the same?

🌀 Are you truly living a new day… or just repeating your yesterday?

Because here's the truth:

  • You cannot live in the present if there is not even 1% improvement over yesterday.

  • You cannot enter your future unless you learn to live in the present moment,
    creating fresh memories and learning new lessons.


💭 People often ask me:

“How do you teach 365 different meditations?”

And I answer with a smile:

Because I don’t like to repeat yesterday.
Every day is a new chapter,
A blank canvas to be painted with dreams and passion.

✨ Go the extra mile.
✨ Add the “extra” to your ordinary.
✨ That’s how you become EXTRAORDINARY.
