 Half Hearted Journey" 


When we travel to any place ...by train ..


We have the only option to buy our tickets ..


But not which seat no..


We don't have the option to decide or choose who should travel in that coach ...how should be his / her  behaviour, attitude.. educational background etc 


We get into the coach ..


Many times a person sitting in front of us ...is not comfortable to have communication ..


He is least bothered to know who we are ..n what we do ..what is our financial status .. educational background.. family etc ..


But do we get IRRITATED by this person sitting in front of us for 12 hour journey???


Do we expect that he should offer us tea , coffee etc ..


No !!


Why ...because we are concern with our own journey ..our destination...


We just enjoy the scenery outside the window ..playing music in ear ..or reading the book ...or chatting / calling to the loved ones on phone ..


We never feel lonely ..alone ...disturbed ..during this journey...even though there is no company to you  in this coach ..


Why ??


Because ur focus .. excitement..and patience is towards your final destination..


Same way we all come on this earth ...n society becomes the train ..family becomes the coach members..


Instead of enjoying the human birth ..your own company ..n every moment...


You get distracted n disturbed by others in your coach ( family ) 


Sometimes you leave the journey half way n land on other station in frustration...anger ..fear ..n guilt ..


During this process ..who delayed your journey ..we reach late to our destination...


We ...!!!


Just life is a journey ...we are born not to entagled with coach members..


Just enjoy your vacation on earth ..n chat ..talk with your loved one - your own soul ( thru meditation) ...thru prayer ( God ) ...listen to music ( bhajan , satsang , motivational, inspirational) and reach to your destination with happy mood ...with no expectations - regret - guilt - complain about your coach members..


They have different destinations...so they have their own journey plan ..

  What is meant by consistency : Any task done daily ...at fixed time - same task with dedication is consistency For example: If you wake up at 5:00 am ...make sure do the same thing at the same time all 365 days That means you are consistent If you do yoga meditation at 6:00 am to 07:00 am ...at the same time all 365 days ... That means you are consistent... What is meant by Discipline?? Discipline means , once you decide than no negotiation....in any circumstances/ situation.
