  It is at this chakra that we start to see the possibilities of the internal and external world: the world of spirit and of form. The heart chakra is the integration point of the seven chakras of the body because it holds both the sacred spark of the divine and the intuition of the Mother. When the heart chakra symbol is open, we are able to forgive, our lungs are clear and our immune systems are healthy. The higher chakras cannot be assessed till we pass through the heart. A heavy heart is one that carries resentment and anger from denied feelings and emotions, as well as guilt. Yesterday after Sai Baba Aarti @ Lama Fera Monastery.... A woman came crying to meet me ...holding a horoscope copy of her husband.. " Guruji , Pls dekhiye na ...mere bacche ka school band karwa diya...husband ko 3 mahine se salary nai mili ..." ...... She uttered in  grief .. " meine bahut jyotish ko bataya ...unhone kaha ki RAHU DASHA kharab chal Rahi hai husband ki ...aur Shani ki Sade sati bhi chalu hai ....uski Shanti karwani padegi " ...she expressed " To phir aap karwa lijye mam ".... I replied  " Guruji , puja ka 15,000 ka kharcha bataya hai ...samagri ki sath ... Aap Thora sasta mein kar sakte hai kya " ... She said .. She is our neighbour...50 meter from our lama fera monastry. .. I said : " Nai mam ...mein free mein puja karta hu ...sare graho ki ...  Aap to padosi hai ...samagri bhi aapke liye free !! On Sunday 20th Aug,  I went to Mumbai, Vashi for Vaastu Shanti ( House warming ceremony ) of my school friend ... Reached @ 11 am... Puja had begun ...3 priests ...6 mega size photos in front ( Shiv , Ganesha , Balaji , Vishnu , Lakshmi , Navgrah ) ... Husband ( my friend) was sitting over 3 pillows along with wife ( who was sitting on a small stool ( as both were unable to bend their knees and sit on ground @ Age 45  ...performing Puja .. Father was sitting nearby sofa .. scanning Lokmat newspaper...Mother in the kitchen preparing Prasad ... Brother taking mobile videos ...sister in law making flower Rangoli along with video and selfie in between .. Puja was going on ...with all the mantra recitation... His both college going kids were sleeping in their AC bed room ... My friend was also keeping watch on nearby wall clock  ..mobile phone screen frequently ...seemed tired .. Finally puja got over at 12:15 noon .. Both couples got relaxed ...and came on sofa to discuss wit...

 Today in the morning, one client came for Lama Fera Healing therapy from Nashik.. By profession he was a Reiki Grandmaster ...also learnt multiple "certified courses" like - Tarot , Angel therapy, crystal therapy , vastu shastra , ramal astrology, money reiki , karuna reiki , Naturopathy etc etc etc .. I took his kundalini yoga... meditation...sound healing...lama Fera healing... Then as usual I asked him ...how you felt ... "It was normal sir "....nothing special or different or extraordinary....he replied politely .. Ohh ... " How is our monastery sir ?"  I asked  " wonderful sir ...never seen such a big Healing centre "... He replied "What was the best thing you liked more in monastery?? " A psychologist inside me asked  " Sir , Buddha Statue....Admirable - Magnificent beauty " ... "Do you love Buddha ??? ..." I asked .. "Sir ...more than my soul".... I practice 4 am meditation daily for 3 hours ...!!! ...

 Independence day always reminds us of the struggle that nation went thru for getting freedom from 150 years of British rule ... Millions shed their blood,  sacrificed their family for our nation freedom under the able guidance of our national leader ... Finally sacrifice never goes in vain ..and we attained independence!! Now our Nation is independent, now we need to get freedom from the struggle which goes in our mind since we started breathing on this planet .. Struggle of relationship, struggle for financial independence, struggle for medicine free life , struggle for self identity / self recognition / self respect. .. These struggle can be ended easily smoothly by reminding our self responsibility towards our society ... Until n unless we serve our society ... underprivileged people ...children ....we cannot get freedom from our mental emotional struggle ... Our mental emotional leaders are our daily habits & meditation....until we seek these leaders guidance and hold...
